Tables too wide for the page width are scaled down proportionally instead of being split across pages — extremely wide tables can end up with very small text. Delimiter and encoding detection are best-effort: unusual delimiters or encodings should be set explicitly in the options for reliable output. Cell text is plain wrapped text — images, merged cells, formulas, and number formatting are not applicable to CSV input.

How to use this tool

  1. Add a CSV, TSV, or other delimited text file — the field separator is detected automatically, or you can pick comma, semicolon, tab, or pipe manually.
  2. Choose whether the first row is a header (auto-detected by default) and optionally enter the columns you want: header names like "Name,Email" or 1-based positions like "1,3,5".
  3. Set the page size, orientation, font size, and whether the header should repeat on every page when the table spans several pages.
  4. Review the paginated preview, then download the resulting PDF.
