AI-generated summarization is not yet available in this build. Text extraction runs locally on your device, but producing an actual summary requires a cloud AI service that is not yet configured here, so this version cannot return a summary. Only text embedded in the PDF can ever be used. Scanned or image-only pages contain no extractable text and would contribute nothing to a summary.

How to use this tool

  1. Add the PDF you want summarized using the file picker or drag-and-drop.
  2. Choose which pages to cover: the whole document or a specific page selection from the thumbnail rail.
  3. Pick the output style — executive, detailed, bullets, study notes, or action items — plus the desired length and summary language.
  4. Review the generated key points, then download or copy the summary when it is ready.
