Your files stay on this device

This tool places an electronic mark — an image of your signature — onto the PDF. It is not a certificate-backed (cryptographic) digital signature: it does not verify your identity, and it does not provide the tamper-evidence guarantees a PKI-based signature does. Check with the recipient before relying on it where a certified signature is required (for example, court filings or regulated contracts). Placing a signature does not flatten other PDF content, and viewers that replace or ignore page content could, in rare cases, display the mark differently from the preview.

How to use this tool

  1. Add the PDF you need to sign, then choose how to create your signature: draw it freehand on the canvas, type your name in a handwriting-style font, or upload an existing signature image.
  2. Position the signature on the right page by dragging it into place, then use the handles to resize it to match the scale of your hand-written mark.
  3. Rotate the signature if your pen stroke sits at a slight angle, and adjust opacity if you want a lighter or more solid ink feel.
  4. To sign multiple pages or reuse the same mark, duplicate the signature and drop each copy onto its target page with its own position and size.
  5. Review the signed preview, then download the completed PDF. this app keeps your document and signature only on your device — nothing is uploaded.
