Documents that use XFA/dynamic forms cannot have their dynamic data read or filled — this app fills only standard AcroForm fields and warns you when a document relies on XFA. This tool does not capture a drawn or typed signature — if the form contains a signature field it is flagged and handed off to the separate Sign PDF tool.

How to use this tool

  1. Upload the fillable PDF containing the form fields you want to complete.
  2. Enter a value for each detected field: type into text fields, tick check boxes, pick one radio option, and choose from dropdowns and list boxes.
  3. Select how you want the result saved: keep fields editable for later changes, or flatten so the filled values become part of the page itself.
  4. Review any warnings (for example XFA dynamic forms or signature fields), then download the finished PDF.
