Privacy & limitations
Your files stay on this device
This tool stamps numbers using PDF's built-in standard fonts only — custom embedded fonts are not supported in v1, so exact font choices are limited to the presets offered. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first using Remove Password. Pages with a saved rotation are handled (numbers stay upright and land on the requested edge), but labels are always placed on top of existing content and are not editable after download — remove them by re-running on the original file.
How to use this tool
- Add a PDF with the file picker or drag-and-drop.
- Choose how to label pages: plain numbers (1), 'Page 1', or a total-count style like 'Page 1 of 12'.
- Pick where the number sits — any of the six corners or edge centers — and set the start number, margins, font size, and color.
- Limit stamping to specific pages, or tick 'skip the first page' for cover pages that should stay clean.
- Review the numbered preview and download the result.
