This build cannot yet verify or remove PDF passwords: the bundled PDF engine has no decryption support, so an encrypted PDF is rejected with a clear error instead of a fake 'unlocked' download. No password cracking or bypass is ever attempted, and you must always supply the real password. Only the user/open password is handled — owner passwords, permission toggles, and other security settings are out of scope for this tool.

How to use this tool

  1. Add your password-protected PDF using the file picker or drag-and-drop.
  2. Enter the PDF's current password — the one you normally type to open it.
  3. Tick the authorization confirmation to state that you are allowed to remove the password.
  4. Run the tool and download the result; the unlocked file opens without prompting.
