Rendering is approximate, not a pixel-perfect replica: formulas print as their last computed value, and charts, images, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and data validation are not rendered. Merged-cell spans are not visually collapsed — the anchor's value prints in the top-left cell and gridlines stay visible across the span. Workbook styling (fonts, colors, number formats, and column widths) is not reproduced; text is drawn in a single plain font and column widths are estimated from cell content. Only .xlsx and .xls workbooks are accepted. Very large sheets create many pages — keep print ranges tight and consider splitting the file first.
How to use this tool
- Add a single .xlsx or .xls workbook — every sheet inside it becomes available for export.
- Pick the sheets to render (or keep "all sheets") and, if you only need part of a sheet, set a print range such as A1:F40 to limit which cells are laid out.
- Choose the page format: paper size (A4, Letter, or Legal), orientation, a numeric scale or "fit to width", optional repeated header rows, and gridlines on/off.
- Check the before-download preview, then download — all selected sheets are combined into one PDF in the order you chose.
