Undo/redo history lives only in the open page list: closing or reloading the page before submitting clears the history and resets the list to the original document order. Rotating is additive — a page that was already saved sideways rotates further instead of being reset to an absolute angle; check the preview if the final orientation matters. Very large documents (typically several hundred pages) may be capped for browser memory safety; organize such files in smaller batches.

How to use this tool

  1. Open a PDF in Organize Pages to see the whole document as a numbered page list, starting with page 1.
  2. Change the order by selecting one or more pages and using the Move Up / Move Down buttons (or the arrow keys on your keyboard); the list always previews the final page order before you submit.
  3. Duplicate a page when you need the same page twice — for example to reuse a cover page or a signature page — and use Rotate to turn any selected page clockwise in 90° steps.
  4. Remove pages you do not need by selecting them and pressing Delete; a removed page is simply left out of the output document.
  5. Review the list once more, press Organize to build the reordered PDF, and download the result.
