Every transformed page is rasterized into a single image, so its text and shapes become non-selectable and non-searchable — if you need to keep the text layer, apply the transform to a copy. Rasterized pages are usually larger than the source PDF's vector content; the higher the DPI, the bigger the resulting file. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first using Remove Password.
How to use this tool
- Add a PDF using the file picker or drag-and-drop.
- Pick a transform — full invert, grayscale, sepia, or the dark-reading preset — and choose whether it applies to all pages or a specific selection.
- Set the output resolution; stick with the default unless you need finer detail, since higher DPI produces much larger files.
- Review the preview summary, then download the transformed PDF.
