This tool currently takes numeric margins only — visual drag-handle crop controls are a planned future enhancement, so you won't see a preview overlay of the crop region yet. Cropping trims the page's visible area but does not remove content marks physically; if 'fill' mode clips part of your content, those clipped parts are cut from the output. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first using Remove Password before they can be processed.

How to use this tool

  1. Add a PDF using the file picker or drag-and-drop.
  2. Choose the pages to process (all pages, or a comma-separated list of page numbers).
  3. Pick the operation: crop only, resize only, or both — with the unit (points, mm, or inches) that your margin and custom-size values are in.
  4. If cropping, enter numeric top/right/bottom/left margins; if resizing, choose a standard size (A4, Letter, Legal) or enter a custom width and height.
  5. Pick how resized content should behave: fit (no clipping), fill (may clip edges), or stretch (independent width/height scale).
  6. Review the result, then download the processed PDF.
