This tool prepares and labels a document bundle locally. It does not submit anything, and it does not validate against — or guarantee acceptance by — any government filing portal. Review the current SCN-reply or appeal requirements for your jurisdiction yourself before uploading the bundle. Compression toward the 5MB target is best effort, not a guarantee — a bundle can still exceed it, and the report states the real final size rather than claiming a fixed limit.

How to use this tool

  1. Add the PDFs for the documents you want in your bundle — for example the show cause notice, your reply letter, and a scan of your supporting evidence.
  2. Pick a filing mode (SCN reply or appeal) and arrange the documents in the order they must appear. Give each slot a label such as “Annexure A — SCN copy”; the tool stamps that label onto the first page of that section.
  3. Run the job. The tool merges your documents in the chosen order, marks each annexure, and numbers every page continuously as “Page N of Total” across the whole bundle.
  4. Download the ZIP. It contains the merged, labeled, paginated PDF plus a validation report showing per-document page counts, any recommended annexures you did not supply, and the final file size against the 5MB target.
  5. If the bundle is still larger than 5MB, check the report for the true final size — the tool applies best-effort image compression toward the target but never disguises what it actually achieved.
