Documents that use XFA/dynamic forms cannot have their dynamic data read or filled — this app fills only standard AcroForm fields and warns you when a document relies on XFA. This tool does not capture a drawn or typed signature — if the form contains a signature field it is flagged and handed off to the separate Sign PDF tool.
How to use this tool
- Upload the fillable PDF containing the form fields you want to complete.
- Enter a value for each detected field: type into text fields, tick check boxes, pick one radio option, and choose from dropdowns and list boxes.
- Select how you want the result saved: keep fields editable for later changes, or flatten so the filled values become part of the page itself.
- Review any warnings (for example XFA dynamic forms or signature fields), then download the finished PDF.
