How to use this tool
- Add a CSV, TSV, or other delimited text file — the field separator is detected automatically, or you can pick comma, semicolon, tab, or pipe manually.
- Choose whether the first row is a header (auto-detected by default) and optionally enter the columns you want: header names like "Name,Email" or 1-based positions like "1,3,5".
- Set the page size, orientation, font size, and whether the header should repeat on every page when the table spans several pages.
- Review the paginated preview, then download the resulting PDF.
About this tool
Convert CSV to PDF free, entirely in your browser — upload a spreadsheet export and get a clean, tabular PDF ready to print or share. Nothing is uploaded to a server; the conversion runs locally, and the finished PDF downloads straight from your device in seconds.
Privacy & limitations
Tables too wide for the page width are scaled down proportionally instead of being split across pages — extremely wide tables can end up with very small text. Delimiter and encoding detection are best-effort: unusual delimiters or encodings should be set explicitly in the options for reliable output. Cell text is plain wrapped text — images, merged cells, formulas, and number formatting are not applicable to CSV input.

Frequently asked questions
How do I convert a CSV file to a PDF table?
Add your .csv file, check the delimiter and header settings, choose A4 or Letter and portrait or landscape, then convert. You get a clean paginated table. Everything runs in your browser, so data such as customer lists or exports is never uploaded.
What happens if my CSV has too many columns?
A table too wide for the page is scaled down to fit, not split across pages, so very wide tables can end up with small text. Switch to landscape, choose only the columns you need, or lower the font size so more fits.
Why are my columns split wrongly or characters garbled?
Delimiter and encoding detection are best-effort. If the columns look merged, set the delimiter yourself to comma, semicolon, tab or pipe. Semicolons are common in files exported from European spreadsheet settings. Re-save the file as UTF-8 if accented letters look wrong.
Can I repeat the header row on every page?
Yes. Keep the repeat header option on and the first row appears at the top of each page of a long table. Cells are printed as plain wrapped text, so formulas, merged cells, images and number formatting do not apply to CSV data.
