How to use this tool

  1. Add your files — drag them onto the page or choose them. They stay on your device.
  2. Pick a chain: Web-prepare (convert → compress → strip metadata), Send-safe (strip → verify size), or Archive (convert to a lossless format → verify).
  3. Add the files and run once — each step feeds the next locally, with a per-step log at the end.
  4. Press “Process files” and download the results, individually or as one ZIP.

About this tool

Strip the location, crop it square and shrink it in one pass over a whole folder, instead of three trips through the site. Nothing is uploaded between steps. Everything is analysed and produced on your own device — nothing is uploaded anywhere, and you can verify it: the tools keep working even offline.

Privacy & limitations

Chains are the curated presets above for now — arbitrary drag-and-drop chaining of any tool is on the PDF Workflow Builder, not here yet. Chains work on images only. Video and audio files are not accepted here; use the single video and audio tools for those. Archive always writes a lossless format: if the chosen Target is lossy (JPG, WEBP, AVIF), the archive is written as PNG and the report says so.

Frequently asked questions

How do I batch process a folder of images?

Build the order of tools once, add the folder, and run it. Each file goes through every step in turn, and the results come back together or as a zip.

What if a step cannot handle what the last one made?

It stops and says which step and why — "step 2, Compress Video, cannot take .png" — rather than failing vaguely partway through a folder. Converting to a format the next tool accepts is usually the fix.

Can a step produce more than one file?

Yes, and everything after it runs over all of them. Splitting a video into parts and then compressing each is a single pipeline.

Are my pipelines saved anywhere I do not control?

They are stored in your browser, on your device, the same as your other settings. Clearing your browser data removes them, and nothing is sent anywhere.
