How to use this tool

  1. Add your files — drag them onto the page or choose them. They stay on your device.
  2. Add a whole folder's worth of files — a hundred at a time is fine.
  3. Choose what happens to every file (convert, compress, resize) exactly as on the single-file tools, then run; results arrive as individual downloads or one ZIP.
  4. Press “Process files” and download the results, individually or as one ZIP.

About this tool

Point at a folder and the converted files are written back beside the originals. No uploading, no zip, no size limit. Chrome, Edge and Opera. Everything is analysed and produced on your own device — nothing is uploaded anywhere, and you can verify it: the tools keep working even offline.

Privacy & limitations

Everything runs on your machine, so a hundred large files takes real time and memory; for huge folders, work in batches of a few dozen. The same settings apply to every file — per-file overrides need the individual tools.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert a whole folder of images at once?

Choose the folder rather than the files. The browser asks for permission once, then every image inside is converted and written back.

Does it upload the folder?

No. The browser hands the page a local handle to the folder. The bytes never leave your machine, and there is no server involved.

Which browsers support this?

Chromium-based ones: Chrome, Edge, Opera, Arc and Brave on desktop. Safari and Firefox do not yet allow writing back to a folder, so there you get a ZIP instead.
