How to use this tool
- Add your files — drag them onto the page or choose them. They stay on your device.
- Pick the destination — WhatsApp sticker, Discord, Gmail, Instagram post or Reel, YouTube thumbnail, X, web hero, OG image or favicon set.
- Add the files: each one is measured against that platform's real published constraints and you get a pass/fail verdict per rule, with the fix one click away.
- Press “Process files” and download the results, individually or as one ZIP.
About this tool
WhatsApp stickers, Instagram reels, YouTube thumbnails and more. Check a file against every rule the platform enforces, then fix all of them at once. Everything is analysed and produced on your own device — nothing is uploaded anywhere, and you can verify it: the tools keep working even offline.
Privacy & limitations
Platform rules change without notice; the specs ship with the date they were last verified, and a pass here is a measurement against that snapshot, not a guarantee the platform will accept the file tomorrow.

Frequently asked questions
Why does WhatsApp reject my sticker?
Almost always format or size. A sticker must be WEBP, exactly 512 by 512, and under 100KB. A PNG that looks right still fails on all three counts.
What size should an Instagram reel cover be?
1080 by 1920, a 9:16 portrait frame. Anything else is cropped by Instagram, usually not where you would have cropped it.
Can it fix every problem at once?
Yes. The fix applies format, dimensions and size together, so the output passes every rule in the spec rather than one at a time.
