How to use this tool
- Add a single .xlsx or .xls workbook — every sheet inside it becomes available for export.
- Pick the sheets to render (or keep "all sheets") and, if you only need part of a sheet, set a print range such as A1:F40 to limit which cells are laid out.
- Choose the page format: paper size (A4, Letter, or Legal), orientation, a numeric scale or "fit to width", optional repeated header rows, and gridlines on/off.
- Check the before-download preview, then download — all selected sheets are combined into one PDF in the order you chose.
About this tool
Convert selected Excel sheets or a cell range into a PDF locally in your browser. Choose paper size, orientation, scaling, and gridlines. The output uses a plain table layout rather than workbook styling; charts and images are omitted, and formulas use cached values. Review the PDF before sharing.
Privacy & limitations
Rendering is approximate, not a pixel-perfect replica: formulas print as their last computed value, and charts, images, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and data validation are not rendered. Merged-cell spans are not visually collapsed — the anchor's value prints in the top-left cell and gridlines stay visible across the span. Workbook styling (fonts, colors, number formats, and column widths) is not reproduced; text is drawn in a single plain font and column widths are estimated from cell content. Only .xlsx and .xls workbooks are accepted. Very large sheets create many pages — keep print ranges tight and consider splitting the file first.

Frequently asked questions
How do I convert Excel to PDF with all columns on one page?
Add your workbook, choose the sheets, pick portrait or landscape and a paper size (A4, Letter or Legal), then turn on fit to width. The scale is worked out so every selected column fits across the page. You can also set a cell range and rows to repeat as headers.
What happens to formulas, charts and formatting?
Formulas print as their last computed value. Charts, images, conditional formatting and pivot tables are not rendered, and cell styling such as fonts, colours and number formats is not reproduced. Column widths are estimated from the content, so treat the PDF as a clean data printout rather than an exact copy.
Can I convert only one sheet, or a large workbook?
Yes, pick the sheets you want instead of the whole file, and set a print range to keep the output short. Both .xlsx and .xls files are accepted. Very large sheets produce many pages, so trim the range or split the workbook if the result is unwieldy.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?
No. The workbook is read and the PDF is produced in your browser, so budgets, payroll sheets and customer lists stay on your device. You can confirm it in your browser's Network tab, which shows no upload while the conversion runs.
